About Delve
Delve gives Marketing, Communications, and Executive leaders a live view of how their story is being told, revealing shifts, risks, and openings before anyone else. As we scale our customer base and expand our AI visibility platform, we’re hiring our first Account Executive to lead new customer acquisition and help build the foundation of our sales organization. This is a true end-to-end sales role, responsible for both pipeline creation and closing in our early go-to-market phase
You'll be working closely with an elite team that has successfully scaled and sold tech products.This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and AI. You won’t just sell Delve. You’ll help define how Delve is sold.
You’ll own the full sales cycle while collaborating deeply with Product, Engagement, Engineering, and Agency teams to turn complex visibility challenges into clear, compelling outcomes for customers.
How You’ll Drive Growth
Own revenue end to end
Own revenue from first touch to close, including pipeline creation through outbound and early inbound.
Run the full sales cycle from discovery to close across Marketing, Comms, PR, Brand, SEO, and Executive stakeholders
Diagnose customer needs beneath the surface and position Delve as a strategic solution, not just a tool.
Build trust quickly with senior decision-makers by connecting AI-driven insights to real business impact.
Sell with insight, not scripts
Translate Delve’s insights, media patterns, and narrative signals into clear, differentiated value.
Run sharp discovery sessions that uncover risks, opportunities, and moments where visibility matters most.
Deliver confident, compelling demos tailored to each prospect’s goals, workflows, and pain points.
Craft proposals that clearly articulate ROI, use cases, and success paths.
Build the sales engine
Help define early-stage sales processes including qualification, deal stages, forecasting, and handoff to Engagement
Evaluate, propose, and help implement sales tooling and workflows to support pipeline creation, deal execution, and forecasting.
Collaborate with leadership to refine ICPs, messaging, pricing, and packaging.
Capture patterns from wins and losses and turn them into repeatable playbooks.
Partner with Marketing on feedback loops for positioning, content, and demand generation.
Operate with speed & clarity
Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and disciplined pipeline management.
Communicate crisply across email, Slack, calls, and decks.
Manage multiple deals at different stages without losing momentum or details.
Leverage AI tools to improve research, outreach, follow-ups, and deal strategy.
Partner cross-functionally
Work closely with Engagement Managers to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success.
Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering on prospect needs, objections, and feature gaps.
Act as the voice of the market internally, grounding strategy in real conversations.
What You Bring
3–5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in an early-stage or scaling startup environment.
Proven experience owning and closing complex, consultative deals.
Strong discovery skills and comfort selling to senior, cross-functional stakeholders.
Clear, confident communicator who can turn ambiguity into conviction.
Highly organized, process-minded, and comfortable building structure where little exists.
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Clay, Lindy, or similar platforms to drive self-sourced prospecting, outbound research, and deal execution.
Good judgment evaluating and influencing sales tooling and workflows in early or evolving GTM environments
Comfort operating as both an individual contributor and an early builder of systems and playbooks.
Ability to quickly turn complicated concepts into concise, executive-ready narratives and decks.
Experience in media intelligence, marketing tech, social listening, SEO, AI search/GEO, or analytics platforms is a strong plus.
